FINGERPRINT FRIDAY

You think I'm going to talk about tulips today don't you? Well, the Skagit Tulip Festival in Mount Vernon has started, but my fingerprint today is about friendship. Just like the bunch of tulips in this vase, God has a way of bringing people together from diverse backgrounds, ages, experiences and walks of life that is amazing. We host a small church group in our home on Wednesdays nights and every week I am reminded that God has given each of us unique gifts and puts people in our paths to stretch us, help us learn, to love and lean on each other.

An excerpt from 1 Corinthians 12: 26-27 about one body, many parts:
If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it. Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.
Who has God put in your path this week that you can rejoice with, cry with, learn from or encourage this week?

So look around you and see where YOU can see God's fingerprints. Is it in nature? Kids? Animals? Where do you see them? Thank you to Pampering Beki for hosting this each week! Everyone is welcome to join. To see how to join, as well as find links to other Fingerprint Friday posts, visit Pampering Beki's blog.

  3. Beautiful photo and lovely post. I am thankful for all of my diverse friends. Can't wait till our tulips bloom here. We've had way too much rain lately but I know it will make everything bloom if I am just patient.

  5. I see it in all living things. It takes tragedy to strike for us to see things sometimes, but it's a great reminder that we need to live our lives to the fullest. Beautiful flowers thank you for sharing. Thanks also for visiting my blog :)
